Price Changes

The breakdown of rate deadlines are as follows with 500 MXN increase between rate periods:
Standard Rate:     Until September 17, 2025
Onsite Rate:          On September 18, 2025

Group Registration

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact Sofía Rodriguez srodriguez@falconfenix.com A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons and will be provided with a 10% discount.

Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows

Cancellations are not possible, and all payments made are non-refundable. If a delegate wishes to cancel their registration, a name amendment is the only option available.

Onsite Registration

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 12:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Badge Collection

Badge collection is open from Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 12:00 onwards in the registration area. Delegates will be required to take the following steps:

Step 1: Sign in with the ushers at the registration area, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode
Step 2: Head towards the welcome kit collection point to pick up their kit

Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.
